I’m Ali, a Ceremony Facilitator and Holistic Therapist based in the heart of Cornwall, just outside Redruth.

At Al Ki Myst, I offer a blend of 1:1, couples, and group ceremonies, alongside a range of holistic therapeutic treatments. My work integrates Reiki, Sound Therapy, Massage, and Cacao, each tailored to your needs, to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and healing. Cacao acts as the underpinning force, the medicine that holds you through the process, helping you drop into a place of deep spiritual connection and emotional awareness.
When we come together in ceremony or therapy, it’s not about intellectualising your experience—it’s about feeling, experiencing, and allowing the body to lead. It’s about creating space for real transformation—where emotional blockages and trauma are processed on a cellular level, and your body, mind, and spirit can realign. This is healing beyond the mind, where the body’s innate wisdom takes centre stage and guides you through the process.
